Visiting Nurse Association (VNA)
VNA Family Services programs serve women, children and families in homes, shelters and community settings. Nurses, social workers and parent coaches provide teaching and assessments of the health status of prenatal clients, parents, infants and young children, and developmental screening and referral of young children. The program helps parents provide a safe environment for their child by educating them about infant care, parenting skills and appropriate use and compliance with medical care.
